If it doesn't stitch well, the credit is on us
If a design you paid for can't be stitched cleanly, tell us within 14 days and we'll return the credit. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
Billing questions
What counts as one design?
One uploaded picture. When you download it, you get every format at once. For the next 7 days you can change its size, colors or settings and download again without paying again.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits from packs and plans stay in your account for as long as it exists, even after you cancel a plan.
Can I cancel my plan anytime?
Yes, from Credits & billing in your account. You keep every credit you already have, and you won't be charged again.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, plus Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other cards through PayPal's checkout – no PayPal account needed for card payments in most countries.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every purchase has a printable receipt under Credits & billing, and we email one after each payment.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. Previews are always free, and every new account gets one free download so you can test the file on your machine.
